Target base
At my shooting range steel targets are required to be hung at a 15 degree angle. My other base from a different company holds the 2x4 vertically so then I need another $25 target hanger to hold the 12x20”steel silhouette at the proper angle. With this base I just need a bolt to loosely attach the target parallel to the 15 degree angle of the 2x4. Shooting 9mm at 10 to 15 yards it rings well enough to hear wearing double hearing protection. All the rounds are directed down into the ground. It is stable enough to shoot rapid fire with 12 gauge bird shot at 10 yards. It breaks down easily for transportation. The only limitation is that you need a flat surface to set it on. My other base is an angled tripod and it does better on uneven surfaces. That being said, this base works perfectly for me at the range where I have a flat surface and need a 15 degree angle (without buying and carrying more stuff).
